Shipping & Orders

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Please allow us 1-3 days to process your order, starting from the order confirmation date. Once we’ve shipped your order, Australian orders will arrive within 2-5 business days and New Zealand orders will arrive within 2-7 business days.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all AU orders over $150 AUD. $8 AUD flat rate for AU orders under $150 AUD.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If we’ve shipped your order we aren’t able to cancel it, so if you do wish to cancel, please contact us ASAP and we’ll see what we can do.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email to let you know and include a handy tracking link. That way you can watch your order like a hawk, from dispatch to your door.

WILL I PAY CUSTOMS?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT OR A PRODUCT IN POOR CONDITION?

This certainly shouldn’t happen! We are committed to handling and packing your order with care, however, in the instance that something didn’t go to plan, please contact us and we’ll be glad to help you.

Returns and Exchanges

CAN I RETURN MY JEWELLERY?

If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to:

meeting the requirements of the Lesedi Jewels Refund Policy;
the goods being in “As New Condition”, including any tags still attached;
the return is accompanied by proof of purchase;
your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Definition of 'As New Condition': The item must not have been worn and must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear (including any tags still attached). Determination of an item matching the definition of 'As New Condition' is at the sole discretion of Lesedi Jewels.

Earrings

Due to strict hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for the 30 Day Change of Mind Policy. Please choose wisely when selecting your earrings pieces.

Unless faulty, both flash sale and final markdown items are treated as final and are not eligible for our 30 Day Change of Mind Policy.

Warranty

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF MY PRODUCT?

All our items have a 3-month manufacturer warranty starting from the day your order is delivered. The warranty is valid against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse.

General Product Information

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS REAL STERLING SILVER?

Yes, All of our Jewelry is made with solid 925 sterling silver. However, some of them are rhodium (nickel free) plated to prevent tarnishing and enhance longevity.

ARE VERMEIL RINGS PLATED RINGS OR SOLID GOLD?

Vermeil Rings are Plated rings, with 1 micron and 2.5 micron plating (you may choose from if available)
All our vermeil rings use solid 925 sterling silver as the base metal. Then they are plated with 18K Rose gold or Yellow gold. Our products have 1 Micron and 2.5 Micron plating, as well as Rhodium plating.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LESEDI JEWELS JEWELLERY?

To maintain and extend the life of your Lesedi jewels jewellery, avoid contact with any form of moisture (even the steam from the bathroom), along with any cleaning chemicals, beauty products, hair sprays and perfumes.

Please note that when some chemicals, such as bleach, come in contact with the silver or stones, it can result in permanent and irreversible damage.

Using silver polishing cloth is the best way to remove tarnish. When the jewellery is not being worn, it should be kept in a safe, dry environment such as a jewellery box or pouch. If these steps are followed, you will enjoy wearing your beautiful piece for many years.


Matte and Oxidised
If you have purchased a piece with a matte or oxidised finish you need to be aware that these are surface treatments. Over time they will wear off. Avoid rubbing or polishing vigorously as this can remove the surface finish.
